Ammper Power to procure electricity from 50-MW solar park in Texas

In a bid to boost shareholder value, he company will concentrate on the development of renewable energy generation products and services, its newly-appointed chairman and chief executive Frank Neukomm said. At a later point in the near future, the company will change its name to Hydra Fuel Cell Corp, it said.
As part of the plan, A5 Laboratories has reshuffled its management team and appointed its former chairman and CEO Robert Farr as chief operating officer (COO) and president.
