Italian renewable energy company Alerion Clean Power SpA (BIT:ARN) has finalised the acquisition of three wind farms with a combined capacity of 119.75 MW, the company said in a press release.

Alerion Clean Power bought he entire share capital of FW Holding, owner of two wind farms in operation, with a total installed capacity of 90 MW, located in the municipalities of Ricigliano and Grottole.

The price for the stakes was EUR 85 million (USD 94.7m)

Alerion also paid EUR 19.1 million for a 90% stake in the share capital of Fri-El Nulvi Holding, owner of a 29.75 MW operating wind farm in the municipalities of Nulvi and Tergu.

The buyer noted that the combined earnings before interest, tax and depreciation (EBITDA) of the acquired assets was EUR 27 million in 2019.
