Argentina's Pampa Energia unveils 140-MW wind farm in Buenos Aires
Sep 18, 2024 15:27 CESTArgentina is looking to contract 400 MW of clean energy from medium scale projects in the third round of its RenovAr renewable energy auction programme.
The tender, which will also focus on promoting the regional development of the country, was announced on Thursday by Renewable Energy Deputy Secretary, Sebastian Kind, during the Argentina Wind Power 2018 event.
According to the Undersecretariat for Renewable Energy, the maximum power allowed per project will be 10 MW, while the minimum power will be 0.5 MW.

The tender will be officially launched in October. Bids will be accepted in March 2019 and the awarding of contracts should happen in July next year, the government noted.
