Sonnedix buys 80-MW solar farm in Italy, more purchases to follow
Sep 19, 2024 14:32 CESTSep 23, 2011 - German photovoltaic company AS Solar announced it commissioned today a solar installation owned by its Italian unit and situated on the roof of the industrial complex Bossi in northern Italy.
The facility will produce some 1,150,000 kWh per year and contribute for the decrease of CO2 emissions by 79,500 tonnes annually.
The installation consists of 4,641 solar modules of Sanyo Solar Europe and 99 inverters produced by German SMA Solar (ETR:S92).
AS Solar did not disclose any financial details.
