Iberdrola inaugurates 496-MW Saint-Brieuc wind farm offshore France
Sep 19, 2024 16:25 CESTThe Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) is awaiting proposals by August 7 in a tender for the construction of two grid-connected solar parks totalling 100 MW.
The agency is seeking interested parties willing to finance and develop the two projects on a build-own-operate basis for 20 years. The planned photovoltaic (PV) facilities will be of 50 MW each and will be installed in the districts of Chuadanga and Netrokona, in the western and northern parts of the country, respectively.
Each bidder is allowed to participate in the competition with a single bid only, either individually or as part of a consortium. Interested developers need to submit a qualification statement and a comprehensive offer with technical, commercial, financial and tariff proposals. Candidates are required to have previous experience in installing grid-tied PV capacity, according to the tender announcement.
