Better Energy to delay 3 GW of Danish PV projects amid negative prices
Sep 19, 2024 11:14 CESTApr 4, 2012 - Danish insecticide mosquito net maker Bestnet A/S yesterday said it had teamed up with Mauritius-based solar powered energy solutions developer ToughStuff to launch a line of solar-powered products for the global aid and relief market.
Under the agreement, a range of products, including solar solutions for lighting, mobile phones and radios, will be produced using ToughStuff's technology. The devices will be distributed under the Sunlife brand for use in emergency situations or after natural disasters.
The launch of the product line is planned for the middle of April, Bestnet said. The latter will have the exclusive rights to market the Sunlife products to government agencies and non-government organisations in the aid and relief sector.
