Bluefield Partners LLP, a London-based investment advisor focused on solar assets, and Spanish asset manager Arcano Capital SGIIC SAU on Thursday announced the final close of their Italian vehicle Bluefield Revive Italia I Srl.

Launched in 2021, Bluefield Revive seeks to acquire and revitalise operational solar assets in Italy impacted by technical, financial, subscale or operational issues. The innovative vehicle has reached its hard fundraising target of EUR 100 million (USD 108m). Bluefield said that the third close was oversubscribed, despite a difficult fundraising environment.

Commenting on the partnership with Arcano, Giovanni Terranova, managing partner and co-founder of Bluefield Partners LLP, said: “Together we are tangibly proving that profits with purpose are possible. Harnessing complementary capabilities to set new standards in sustainable investment, extracting value from infrastructure while advancing sustainability.”
