Bosnian canton awards wind farm concession contract to local firm Concordia

The government of Bosnia's Herzeg-Bosnian canton said it accepted a request by local company Concordia to grant it a wind park concession.

Concordia intends to develop a wind farm project in the southeastern municipality of Tomislavgrad, the cantonal government said in a statement on Monday, without disclosing further details.

Also on Monday, local newswire Indikator.ba reported that Concordia submitted in August a request for a permit to build a 150 kW photovoltaic plant that is expected to produce 180 MWh of electricity annually.
