Bosnia's Federation energy ministry has approved a draft energy permit for the construction of a 48 MW wind farm by local company Kamen-Dent in Pakline, some 150 km west of Sarajevo.

The Pakline 2 wind farm is planned to generate 153.9 GWh annually, the energy ministry said in a statement last week.

Earlier this month, the energy ministry approved energy permit drafts for another three wind farm projects - in Baljci, with an installed capacity of 48 MW; in northwestern Orlovaca, with 42.0 MW installed capacity, and in Ivovik, with 84 MW capacity, according to information published on its website.

The Muslim-Croat Federation is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
