Iberdrola inaugurates 496-MW Saint-Brieuc wind farm offshore France
Sep 19, 2024 16:25 CESTBosnia's Federation government said on Thursday it has given preliminary approval to four local companies to be issued energy permits for four wind farm projects in the southern part of the country.
The projects will be submitted to the Federation's parliament, which will decide whether to issue energy permits, the government said in a press release.
If the projects get green light, Tomislavgrad-based VE Gradina will launch works on the Gradina wind farm, some 150 km southwest of Sarajevo, while Tomkup will build the Baljci wind farm, some 15 km north of Tomislavgrad. Posusje-based Relax will build the Ostrc windfarm, close to the southern Croatian border, while Mostar-based Kamen-Dent will work on the construction of Pakline 2 wind farm, also some 15 km north of Tomislavgrad.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
