The concession is granted for a 50-year period, as the solar power plant should be built in 24 months.

The concessionaire must pay 503,750 marka to the entity's budget before signing the concession agreement.

After the plant is built, ERS will have to pay a concession fee of 0.0055 marka for every kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity produced, of which 95% will be allocated to the budget of Trebinje municipality.
