Bosnian construction company Toming is building a 3 MW solar power plant in Zvirici, on the southern border with Croatia, local media reported.

The solar power plant spreads on 8 hectares and will supply with electricity some 300 households, local news portal Ljubiski.net reported on Saturday.

Toming has paid to the town of Ljubiski 12 marka ($7.2/6.1 euro) per square metre for the land plot, according to the report.

Ljubiski is located in the West Herzegovina Canton in the Federation - one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
