BP Bunge chairman becomes president of BP in Brazil
Sep 09, 2024 14:06 CESTMar 27, 2014 - Brazilian energy sector watchdog Aneel registered a 117.7 MW net capacity at the UTE Cocal II biomass thermoelectric power plant (TPP), according to a decree published in the State Gazette yesterday.
The facility, which is located in he Narandiba municipality, in the southeastern Sao Paulo state, uses sugar cane bagasse as a raw material. It is owned by local sugar and ethanol producer Cocal Comercio Industria Cana Acucar e Alcool Ltda.
