Bulgaria's NEK opens tender for new turbines at pumped storage plant
Sep 18, 2024 13:50 CESTBulgaria-based Ebioss Energy AD has placed 1.6 million British pounds ($1.96 million/1.86 million euro) of 7% fixed coupon unsecured corporate notes due February 24, 2022 on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, according to a bourse filing.
The corporate note placement was in line with the 17 million euro fixed coupon unsecured note issuance programme under which Ebioss may from time to time issue notes denominated in euro or other currencies, reads the filing posted on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
"This Programme may only be used to issue Notes listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for a period of 12 months following the date of the Programme until February 24, 2018," the filing reads.
The nominal value of each note is 100,000 British pounds.
Ebioss Energy is listed on Spain's alternative equity market, Mercado Alternativo Bursatil (MAB).
The company is focused on waste management and biomass energy solutions. It operates in Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Bulgaria.
