AGP-Europe signs VPPA with Rezolv for 229-MW solar project in Bulgaria
Sep 05, 2024 12:07 CESTBulgarian solar park operator Anerg Solar intends to decrease its capital by some 4.74 million levs ($2.68 million/2.42 million euro) to 19.52 million levs in order to cover losses from previous financial years.
The losses will be covered once the capital decrease is entered into the commercial register, and all claims by creditors which are against the capital cut have been satisfied, Anerg Solar said in a commercial register filing.
Earlier this year, the company increased its capital by 2.7 million levs to 24.255 million levs.
Anerg Solar is a wholly-owned unit of local Anerg.
