Bulgaria approves EU-backed grants for EUR 269m of RES projects
Nov 04, 2024 11:12 CESTSOFIA (Bulgaria), December 28 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian car battery producer MonBat [BUL:5MB] repurchased 52,952 own shares at an average price of 4.7 levs ($3.2/2.4 euro) each in December, it said on Friday.
The company held a total of 2,629,736 own shares as of December 28, MonBat said in a note to investors.
Blue chip MonBat is majority-owned by Bulgarian lubricants producer Prista Oil.
MonBat shares were trading 2.56% lower at 4.53 levs by 1249 GMT on Friday on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
