Bulgarian financial leasing firm Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA] said that Pam Solar's stake in the company fell below 5% on Wednesday.

Following the transaction, energy firm Pam Solar owns 872,464 Elana Agrocredit shares, representing a 4.62% stake in the company, Elana Agrocredit said in a statement.

Last month, Bulgaria's financial regulator approved Elana Agrocredit's prospectus for a capital increase through the issuance of 18.9 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each ($0.63/0.51 euro), at a price of 1.1 levs apiece.

Elana Agrocredit shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday, when they closed 0.73% higher at 1.38 levs.
