Bulgaria’s Pro Eco Stroy wraps up 3.3 MW of German solar parks

Bulgarian solar projects developer Pro Eco Stroy said it has completed the construction of two photovoltaic plants with combined capacity of 3.3 megawatt-peak (MWp) in Germany.

The Bulgarian company was selected as a subcontractor to erect the steel structures and to install the modules in both projects in the German cities of Unterhaid and Jueterbog, Pro Eco Stroy said in a statement on Monday.

Pro Eco Stroy also joined forces with Germany's MSM Solar by establishing the MSM-Pro Eco Stroy consortium in order to work on larger projects in Germany and in other European countries.

Pro Eco Stroy (www.proeco-bg.com) was found in 2010 and has built over 30 facilities so far in Bulgaria, Romania, Germany and France. It employs 40 people.
