Bulgaria's NEK opens tender for new turbines at pumped storage plant
Sep 18, 2024 13:50 CESTBulgarian blue-chip industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] said on Tuesday it expects consolidated sales to rise 6.06% to 133.7 million levs ($92.1 million/68.4 million euro) through September.
The group said in a bourse filing that its consolidated sales for the January-August period increased by 6.1% to 119.1 million levs.
According to the statement, Stara Planina Hold’s subsidiary Hydraulic Elements&Systems [BUL:4HE] posted a 6.28% increase in January-August turnover to 26.6 million levs. Another company from the group, M+S Hydraulic [BUL:5MH], a producer of hydraulic equipment, posted a 3.29% growth in sales to 58.8 million levs while the sales of car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:52E] fell by 0.39% to 20.2 million levs through August.
