German renewables developer PNE recruits Heiko Wuttke as new CEO
Sep 20, 2024 14:12 CESTSep 19, 2011 - German financial services provider Capital Stage (ETR:CAP) announced today it decided to raise its capital to EUR 38.1 million (USD 51.9m) from EUR 34.6 million.
Thus the company will issue 3,464,998 bearer shares with a face value of EUR 2.40 apiece.
Net proceeds of the issue are expected to amount to EUR 8.3 million and will be used to finance new solar projects, Capital Stage said.
The new shares will start trading on the stock exchanges in Frankfurt and Hamburg from September 23, 2011 and will be eligible for dividend as of January 1, 2011.
