Chester Grosvenor hotel goes green

Nov 30, 2011 - The Chester Grosvenor hotel in Chester, northwestern England, said Tuesday it had agreed to purchase enough renewable electricity from local energy supplier Power Solutions to cover 100% of its needs.

The five-star hotel will now use only power produced from wind, marine and biomass power installations. Via the move, the company seeks to lower its carbon footprint.
