Sheep Creek, which is owned and operated by Catalyze, will feed electricity into the California electrical grid via Southern California Edison (SCE) infrastructure. It has a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) via SCE’s Community Renewables Program, according to information on Catalyze's website.
The subscription was made possible through Ampion Renewable Energy, a public benefit corporation that connects residents and businesses to local solar farms. Ampion has an existing partnership with Catalyze.
