BP Bunge chairman becomes president of BP in Brazil
Sep 09, 2024 14:06 CESTJun 12, 2013 - The board of directors of Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Cosan (SAO:CSAN3) yesterday approved a buyback programme of up to 4.6 million shares, equal to 1.12% of the outstanding shares.
The programme's validity is of up to 365 days, or until June 11, 2014.
Cosan's free float currently stands at 106,433,362 common shares.
The transaction will be managed by the local brokers Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo Corretora de Valores SA, Bradesco, Itau Corretora de Valores and Santander SA Corretora de Cambio e Titulos.
