Croatia To Cut Renewable Energy Tariffs – Media

ZAGREB (Croatia), April 19 (SeeNews) – Croatia will cut the tariffs for the purchese of electricity from renewable energy sources in a bid to align them to European rates, local media reported, quoting deputy prime minister Radimir Cacic.

"We will set tariffs that are appropriate in view of the European rates with the lowest price here the same as the highest in Austria, so there shouldn't be any complaints that we are not competitive," daily Poslovni Dnevnik (www.poslovni.hr) quoted Cacic as saying on Wednesday.
