Croatia's Vjetropark Jasenice, a subsidiary of Slovenian energy group Interenergo, has inaugurated a 10 MW wind farm worth 15 million euro ($16.55 million), the government of Jasenice municipality said.

The planned annual production of the Jasenice wind farm is 21.5 GWh, the municipal government said in a news release earlier this week.

The wind farm's electricity output will be available to 6,000 households in the municipality situated in the coastal Zadar county.

The wind farm is composed of five turbines manufactured by Germany's Enercon.
