Croatian renewable energy company Professio Energia [ZSE:DLPR] said on Tuesday it will propose to its shareholders to pay a gross dividend of 6 kuna ($0.80/0.80 euro)/share for 2021, out of its 2021 net profit.

Overall 13.6 million kuna of the 17.4 million kuna net profit for last year will be paid as dividend, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

In May, it paid an advance dividend payment of 1 kuna per share, or overall 2.2 million kuna, out of the 2021 net profit. Further 871,587 kuna of the 2021 will be allocated to its mandatory reserves and the rest will be retained.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on July 28. Ex-dividend date is August 29, record date is August 30 and payment date is September 30.

The shares of Professio Energia were listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) in October 2019 but have not traded there yet.

Professio Energia in December concluded legal transactions aimed at the acquisition of two companies - PR Global Danilo and Vjetroelektrana Rudine, which own wind farms with a total installed capacity of 77.7MW in southern Croatia, from French management company Mirova and Austrian power producer RP Global.

Local pension insurance fund Erste Plavi OMF category B controls 50% of the company, followed by pension fund PBZ Croatia Osiguranje OMF category A and B with some 30% and insurer Croatia Osiguranje with a 20% stake, ZSE data showed.
