Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation IV this week priced its initial public offering (IPO) of 27.5 million units on the Nasdaq Capital Market at USD 10 (EUR 8.5) per unit.

The company is sponsored by an affiliate of Riverstone Investment Group LLC and its affiliates. It will seek a business combination with a target focused on the development and advancement of a platform that decarbonises the most carbon-intensive sectors such as energy and agriculture, industrials, transportation and commercial and residential.

Credit Suisse and Citigroup are joint book running managers for the deal. The underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 4.125 million units at the IPO price.

Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. A whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at USD 11.50 per share.
