Trina Solar's intl biz gets EUR 150m to transition to European IPP
Sep 11, 2024 16:03 CESTDecember 1 (SeeNews) – French civil drone maker Delta Drone (EPA:ALDR) has finalised the acquisition of Bordeaux-based civil drones specialist Fly-N-Sense from Urgo Group for an undisclosed amount.
The shareholders of Delta Drone unanimously gave the green light to the operation’s closing at a meeting held Monday, the drone maker said.
The deal’s terms announced in late September stipulated for a rights issue reserved for Fly-N-Sense’s current shareholders that would end up holding a 10% stake in Delta Drone’s capital. Under the agreement, Urgo Group would become a shareholder in the combined company without taking a seat on Delta Drone’s board.
