Jan 7, 2015 - Dutch insurer Delta Lloyd (AMS:DL) has completely exited the equity capital of Dutch oil storage firm Vopak (AMS:VPK) at the start of the year, according to a filing with Dutch regulator AFM released on Wednesday.
A previous filing with the authority showed that the insurer's stake in Vopak was 7.57%. That stake primarily consisted of cumulative preference shares.
Vopak said Monday it had completed the cancellation of all outstanding financing preference shares, effective as of January 1, 2015.
