The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is seeking to hire a consulting company to facilitate green investments in Serbia by digitising and streamlining the administrative procedures for prospective investors, it said.

The project will last 24 months, and is valued at 250,000 euro ($275,130), the EBRD said in a notice published on Friday.

The consulting firm will be tasked with a detailed assessment of the procedures and practices currently in place, but also with building a digital infrastructure that would facilitate digitalisation of the processes, the EBRD said.

The company will also be in charge of the training of the civil servants as the future users of the created framework.

The project is expected to start in the second quarter of 2022.
