German electrolyser manufacturer Enapter AG (FRA:H2O) has agreed to supply electrolyser stacks to Dutch energy company Adsensys BV under a core partner agreement.

Adsensys will use the stacks to build its own electrolyser in the megawatt range, Enapter said. More specifically, the Dutch company plans to implement electrolysers in hydrogen projects with a total electrolysis capacity of 10 MW for customers by 2026.

The facilities will be controlled by Enapter’s Energy Management System (EMS) software. It will be licensed to Adsenys as part of the core partnership.

Enapter expects to book the first revenue from the sale of stacks under the agreement in 2025. The German company reported in September a net loss of EUR 8 million (USD 8.61m) for the first half of 2024 after a loss of EUR 9.95 million a year earlier. Enapter, however, saw a five-fold rise in order intake, reaching EUR 23.4 million in the first six months of the year.
