Nov 29, 2013 - Italy's Enel Green Power SpA (BIT:EGPW) said on Thursday the deed of merger by incorporation of Enel Green Power Portoscuso Srl into Enel Green Power had been signed, taking legal effect as of December 1, 2013.
The accounting and tax effects will be charged on the financial statements of the surviving company with retroactive effect from January 1, 2013, a statement read.
Enel Green Power is the renewable energy unit of Italian major utility Enel SpA (BIT:ENEL).
