World set to install 593 GW of new solar in 2024 - Ember
Sep 19, 2024 13:28 CESTSolar developer Enen Endless Energy GmbH has initiated another crowdfunding campaign to seek financing for the development of two solar projects in northern Germany with a combined output of 44 MWp.
The projects include two ground-mounted solar parks of 33 MWp and of 11 MWp which should be built in the Zarnewanz municipality near the city of Rostock, Enen said on Monday.
Both projects are in the planning stage and are expected to be shovel-ready within four years.
The campaign on the crowdfunding platform Wiwin and interested investors can participate with investments starting from EUR 500 (USD 527.95). The interest rate stands at 6%.
The two companies have already carried out five successful crowdfunding campaigns to finance the development of a number of solar projects in Germany.
Limburg-based Enen specialises in the development, financing and construction of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. It has already implemented reference projects across Europe with a total capacity of 750 MWp.
