World set to install 593 GW of new solar in 2024 - Ember
Sep 19, 2024 13:28 CESTGerman solar project developer Enen Endless Energy GmbH has launched a crowdfunding campaign in a bid to raise financing for the development of four solar projects with a total capacity of about 98.99 MWp in Germany.
The four ground-mounted photovoltaic projects include a 41.3-MWp site in Allstedt and another one of 11.65 MWp in Niederroeblingen, both in the state of Saxony-Anhalt as well as an 18-MWp plant in Stresendorf, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, and a 28-MWp park in Langenwolmsdorf, Saxony. All four projects are currently in the development phase and construction works are expected to start within the next four years.
The crowdfunding campaign was launched on November 29 in cooperation with crowd investment partner Wiwin and is open to investments starting from EUR 500 (USD 564.55). The interest rate stands at 6%. This is the second crowdfunding campaign launched by Enen on Wiwin's platform over the last two months after the project developer raised financing for three solar projects totalling 101 MWp in October.
Limburg-based Enen specialises in the development, financing and construction of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems and has implemented reference projects across Europe with a total capacity of 750 MWp.
