Evolution Solar sets up subsidiary in Bermuda

(ADPnews) - Feb 9, 2010 - Aiming to meet contractual eligibility requirements under Bermuda law, US alternative energy consultant Evolution Solar Corp (PINK:EVSO) has set up a subsidiary on the island.

The move will enable the company to take advantage of the Solar Photovoltaic Rebate Initiative to be established by the Bermuda government shortly.

Evolution Solar says the Bermuda government is eager to move financially and environmentally from fossil-fuel supplies to non-fossil fuel based energy. The company is keen to play an important role in assisting in the reduction of its dependency on oil imports.
