Ezentis refinances EUR 20m credit line

Sep 1, 2011 - Spanish telecoms and media services firm Ezentis (MCE:AVZ), former Avanzit, has secured a EUR-20-million (USD 28.7m) credit refinancing related to its photovoltaic operations.

In a filing with the national stock market regulator CNMV, the firm said yesterday that the refunding transaction was signed for 20 years with a grace period of three years.

Under the deal, Ezentis has also been given additional funding of EUR 2.3 million which will be earmarked for the firm's solar energy operations and for the infrastructure viability plan.
