Statkraft connects 44.5-MW solar farm to grid in Spain
Sep 19, 2024 15:28 CESTDec 29, 2011 - Spanish trade fair Feria Valencia plans to launch a rooftop solar power project as part of its efforts to boost profitability of non-traditional activities, daily Expansion quoted chairman Alberto Catala as saying.
The company will invite various solar energy companies to participate in the project, which will represent the biggest main photovoltaic plant in the city of Valencia, Catala said.
Feria Valencia will host 12 new exhibitions in 2012 and a total 120 trade fairs in 2015.
Catala was appointed chairman of Feria Valencia for another four-year term yesterday.
