Apr 9, 2014 - Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority (HSY) has awarded a EUR-3.2-million (USD 4.4m) contract to Jyvaskyla-based Vapo for peat.
The order is for soil required for the purposes of peat in the period 2014-2015.
The authority received two offers for the tender, according to the contract award notice under document number 121445-2014 published in the EU’s Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) on April 9.
