France's Filasa to invest 3.0 bln euro in wind farms in Romania - media

France's Filasa International plans to invest 3.0 billion euro ($3.8 billion) in wind energy projects in Romania by 2013, Romanian media reported on Thursday.

The investments, which will be made through Romania's Eolinvest, will develop a total capacity of 2,000 megawatts, state news agency Agerpress reported.

Filasa International, which controls Eolinvest, will develop three wind energy projects and one photovoltaic project in Romania.
