French Albioma consolidated sales inch up 1% Y/Y in Q3 2013

Oct 31, 2013 - French independent energy producer Albioma (EPA:ABIO), formerly Sechilienne-Sidec, said today it booked consolidated revenues of EUR 95.5 million (USD 130.5m) in the third quarter of 2013, up 1% on the year.

The revenue of the thermal biomass activity increased by 1% to EUR 83.7 million, despite the decrease in coal prices.

The photovoltaic activity generated revenues of EUR 11.4 million, up 1%.

The company also built and currently operates two agricultural anaerobic digestion plants in France, which went on stream in April and October 2013.

Albioma has confirmed its 2013 targets for earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of EUR 127 million and net profit of EUR 36.5 million, excluding capital gains.
The company also confirmed its EBITDA and net profit guidance for 2016.
