French hydrogen maker Lhyfe presses ahead with IPO

French renewable hydrogen maker Lhyfe on Friday said its registration document for an initial public offering (IPO) has been approved by the local financial markets watchdog.

The approval by the AMF paves the way for Lhyfe to float on the Euronext stock exchange in Paris. The regulator still needs to approve the company's prospectus related to the transaction and the IPO remains subject to market condition, according to the statement.

The company has not revealed the amount it is looking to raise as part of the IPO, nor the amount of shares it is planning to sell.

Lhyfe has a pipeline of 93 hydrogen projects with a combined capacity of over 4.8 GW.
