French Theolia stock dips 3.27% on Thursday

(ADPnews) - Jun 4, 2010 - Shares in French wind project developer and operator Theolia SA (EPA:TEO) lost 3.27% to EUR 2.37 yesterday at close in Paris after shareholders voted on Tuesday the group's resolutions.

At the general shareholders' meeting Theolia approved most of the resolutions, including the consolidated accounts for 2009.

However, the shareholders have rejected the ninth and tenth resolutions, related to the allocation of free shares and the share capital increase in favour of the employees.

Theolia will release its report for 2010's second quarter revenue on July 29.
