F&S Solar building 10 MW solar park in Mecklenburg-West Pomerania

Jul 31, 2013 - Germany-based F&S Solar Concept GmbH is constructing a 10 MW solar park in the German town of Krassow in the state of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania.

The solar park, which will consist of more than 40,000 solar modules, will generate almost 9 million kWh of clean electricity per year.

This will be enough to cover the needs of 2,542 households and to offset some 6,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) annually, F&S estimated.
