(SeeNews) – Jan 6, 2011 – German solar modules maker Alfasolar GmbH presented on Wednesday the new photovoltaic (PV) module Alfasolar Pyramid 60 mono that has a peak efficiency of 16.3%.
Alfasolar Pyramid 60 mono is made of 60 mono-crystalline solar cells and is offered in three performance classes -- with a peak capacity of 250 W, 255 W and 260 W.
The higher efficiency is achieved thanks to the mono-crystalline cells and the pyramid-shaped glass surface.
