German Centrotherm shuffles management, supervisory boards

(SeeNews) – Oct 9, 2012 – Insolvent German solar company Centrotherm Photovoltaics AG (ETR:CTN) said today it will restructure its management and supervisory boards in view of the ongoing reorganisation of the company.

CEO Robert Hartung will step down from his position, however he will be appointed as member of the supervisory board. He will succeed the position from his father Rolf Hartung, who is a founder of Centrotherm.

Brigitte Zuern and Rolf Breyer will remain members of the supervisory board.

The changes to the supervisory board have to be approved by the district court of Ulm, the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg.

Autenrieth, who is a founder of the solar company and for many years used to be part of the management board, will be responsible for the sales and marketing division.

Peter Fath, who is Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will leave Centrotherm but will still offer his technical expertise to the company.

Tobias Hoefer will remain part of the management board and will continue to be responsible for the company's self-administration and the implementation of the restructuring programme.
