German investment company HQ Life (ELI:HQL) has acquired a 51% stake in local solar firm Heizwelt GmbH for an undisclosed amount.
Heizwelt, based in the western-German town of Neukirchen-Vluyn, offers energy-saving heating systems, solar systems and solutions for heating with wood.
Heizwelt is a premium partner of Solarwatt GmbH, which is controlled by BMW shareholder Stefan Quandt.
