US opens USD 112.5m for wave energy projects
Sep 20, 2024 14:27 CESTSep 14, 2011 - Kemper Solar GmbH, a German provider of trackers for photovoltaic (PV) systems, said today it will deliver four KemTrack 70 systems for the construction of a solar plant in northern Israel.
The customer is Israeli SLS Solar and the deal includes consultation services and a general sales agreement.
Kemper will install trackers for 50 kWp of solar capacity in the plant Kfar Yehezkel.
The value of the contract, which secured Kemper's entry on the Israeli market, has not been disclosed.
The KemTrack 70 systems are astronomically controlled solar trackers, which calculate the position of the sun in respect to the specific time and day and thus can be used at any location. In this way they increase the energy yield by more than 45% as compared to the fixed ones, Kemper said.
