German KTG Energie places EUR-25m bond

Sep 28, 2012 - German biogas producer KTG Energie AG, part of KTG Agrar (ETR:7KT), said yesterday it successfully completed the placement of a EUR-25-million (USD 32.3m) six-year bond with institutional and private investors.

The bond, which bears an annual coupon of 7.25%, is now trading on the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The proceeds are to be used for growth financing, especially for acquisitions of additional capacity.

Youmex Invest AG and Equinet Bank AG acted as selling agents.
