PNE wins 24 MW of onshore wind projects in German auction
Sep 19, 2024 8:35 CEST(ADPnews) - Jan 11, 2010 - German wind turbine maker Repower Systems AG (ETR:RPW) and its majority shareholder, Indian Suzlon Energy Ltd (BOM:532667), have agreed to co-operate in distribution in the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
Under the deal, Suzlon's local subsidiaries in the three countries will act as marketing agents for Repower's products on site.
According to Repower, the current agreement will strengthen its position on the local markets and boost the existing distribution activities of REpower USA Corp. and REpower Australia Pty. Ltd. Repower will further be in charge of the entire project management, maintenance and technical support of all its wind turbines sold in the USA, Australia and New Zealand, the company added.
