(ADPnews) - Jan 14, 2011 - German solar energy systems maker Centrosolar (ETR:C3O) on Friday said it would issue up to EUR 50 million (USD 66.7m) in bearer bonds through a public offering in Germany and Austria.
The five-year bonds will have an annual coupon rate of 7%, the company said, adding that it would file the issue prospectus for approval with the German financial regulator Bafin on January 20.
